1) Debaling (disintegration of the bales and manual sorting begins)
2) Pre-Size reduction (big plastic parts will crush into smaller piece)
3) Pre-Washing
4) Wet granulator (smaller plastic pieces are then further reduce its size)
5) Friction washer
6) Seperation (using swin-sank tank or other means to seperates the mix plastics)
7) Mechanical dryer
8) Thermal dryer
9) Silos
